Lessons
1. Lesson Scheduling:
Lessons are scheduled in half-hour increments beginning on the hour and half hour. Lessons will be as close to 30 minutes as possible considering there will be some "turn over" time between students. Once a student is scheduled for a particular day and time, that time will be reserved for that student. For best results, it is recommended that you take as many lessons as are available each monthly period. NOTE: Full payment is required to schedule Lessons.
2. Tuition Payment Schedule:
Lesson tuition fees are to be paid at the time of enrollment, and thereafter are due at the last lesson of the month. NOTE: If tuition is not paid by the first scheduled lesson of the next month the time slot may be lost.
3. Tuition Rates:
Tuition rates are as follows; $75.00 per month (single student), $71.00 per month (each, 2 or more family members). In the event of holidays, vacations or mid month enrollment the rates will vary.
4. Vacations:
There will be two (2) "one week" tuition discounts allowed in a one-year period for pre-scheduled vacations. If your vacation will be more than two (2) weeks we recommend that you drop out for that monthly period and re-enroll upon your return. During peak season (August-April) you may elect to continue payment to keep your time slot.
5. Absences:
There are no refunds, credits or make-ups available for missed lessons.
6. Cessation:
When the time comes to stop your lessons, we ask that you give a two (2) week advance notice, allowing the instructor to fill your time slot at the beginning of the following month.
7. Responsibilities of the Instructor:
The instructor will do everything possible to make your lessons as interesting and rewarding as they can be. In order to make the lesson time meaningful to all students, the instructor will keep as closely as possible to the scheduled lesson times. In addition, if the instructor needs to miss a lesson, he/she will notify the student and will give a credit toward the following month's tuition.
